Strive as a team member on medical team

We hear every day on the news that people talk about medical technology and the progress made in the treatments for various kinds of diseases and the majority of the nation accepts it with interest or expectation. In such a world today, medicine has a signifi cant role in examination, diagnosis, and treatment. It’s no exaggeration to say that all patients receive the benefi t of medicine; therefore, much of the medicine taken has such a big part in showing the effectiveness more than what it is as a general thing. In short, the thing is, the usage of the medicine to use with minimum sideeffects and maximum effect of the medicine. It’s not only the medical pharmaceutics but the nonprescription sold in the pharmacy that medicine is expected to be used in the proper way. In the country like Japan where a high percentage of elders occupies its population, an extra consideration must be accommodated for those of older age to be able to take the medicine smoothly without making any mistakes. Using good medicine effectively will lead to producing the better quality of the medical and economic growth. In the background, what we seek in clinical pharmacies is the ability to work with others on a medical team, understand the medical treatment and symptoms, as well as the social background. Our goal is to cultivate a medicine-specialized pharmacist who can think and act accordingly, understanding the role of their colleagues. We will be prepared to be the ones who can actively take initiatives through learning , laboratories, internships in hospitals and pharmacies, and social activities.
